COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
(ISO 37301)

The standard is intended to help companies and organizations to avoid improper behavior by managers and employees. ISO 37301 also enables proof that all those involved have behaved in accordance with the rules and that those responsible have sufficiently fulfilled their obligations. Further goals are the evaluation of the effectiveness of the compliance measures and the related communication as well as ongoing process improvement.

RISK MANAGEMENT
(ISO 31000)

Risk management includes risk assessment, risk management and risk communication, with risk assessment being subdivided into the sub-areas of risk identification, risk analysis and risk assessment. Risk management can only begin with risk perception - this is the prerequisite for risks being recognized and discovered at all. It is important to recognize that different risk takers perceive the same risk differently or not at all.

Successful risk management ensures that certain risks are recognized and irrelevant topics are ignored. Poor risk perception has a negative effect on the subsequent phases of risk management.

The tried and tested is retained. Customary contract regulations and declarations - especially within the supply chain - are already firmly implemented in many companies (e.g. code of conduct, internal sustainability processes with report documentation). We optimize cost-oriented as part of the corporate contract and document analysis, the actually necessary changes and additions in contract and document management and provide technical support with the introduction of internal company processes.

Have you heard of the supply chain law?

A large number of essays and advice offers are already circulating on the internet. 

The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), also known as the "Supply Chain Act" in practice, is for          Effective January 1, 2023.  With the law, corresponding documentation requirements and organizational measures in the company 

accompanied, especially in legal and process management.

 

"(...) The law obliges companies with headquarters, main branch, administrative headquarters or registered office in Germany from 3,000 employees or 1,000 employees to respect human rights by implementing certain due diligence requirements in relation to their own business area, the actions of a contractual partner and the actions other (indirect) suppliers.(...)"

The Supply Chain Act undisputedly represents an important global milestone for the preservation and promotion of human rights. Nevertheless, the resulting requirements are often imprecisely conveyed. We consistently reject unnecessary consulting potential.
