COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
(ISO 37301)
The standard is intended to help companies and organizations to avoid improper behavior by managers and employees. ISO 37301 also enables proof that all those involved have behaved in accordance with the rules and that those responsible have sufficiently fulfilled their obligations. Further goals are the evaluation of the effectiveness of the compliance measures and the related communication as well as ongoing process improvement.
RISK MANAGEMENT (DIN ISO 31000)
Risk management includes risk assessment, risk management and risk communication, with risk assessment being subdivided into the sub-areas of risk identification, risk analysis and risk assessment. Risk management can only begin with risk perception - this is the prerequisite for risks being recognized and discovered at all. It is important to recognize that different risk takers perceive the same risk differently or not at all.
Successful risk management ensures that certain risks are recognized and irrelevant topics are ignored. Poor risk perception has a negative effect on the subsequent phases of risk management.

Es kursieren bereits eine Vielzahl von Aufsätzen und Beratungsangeboten im Netz.
Das Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG), in der Praxis auch "Lieferkettengesetz" genannt, ist zum 01. Januar 2023 in Kraft getreten. Mit dem Gesetz gehen entsprechende Dokumentationspflichten und organisatorische Maßnahmen im Unternehmen
einher, speziell im Rechts- und Prozessmanagement.
„(…) Das Gesetz verpflichtet Unternehmen mit Hauptverwaltung, Hauptniederlassung, Verwaltungssitz oder satzungsmäßigem Sitz in Deutschland ab 3.000 Arbeitnehmern bzw. 1.000 Arbeitnehmern zur Achtung von Menschenrechten durch die Umsetzung von bestimmten Sorgfaltspflichten bezogen auf ihren eigenen Geschäftsbereich, auf das Handeln eines Vertragspartners und das Handeln weiterer (mittelbarer) Zulieferer.(…)“
